Planning Your Recovery
Because appointments are often booked in advance, I recommend making contact before surgery where possible.
Most post-operative clients begin treatment around day 3 following surgery, subject to their surgeon’s advice and individual circumstances.
A typical programme may involve:
• Two treatments per week for approximately 4–5 weeks
• Followed by weekly sessions for a further 2–3 weeks
Treatment is always adapted to the individual and their stage of recovery.
